Our new exhibition, Tree Worx, is a showcase of the various aspects of the Forest Industry.

There are separate displays which show the progress from Clearing, Planting, Growing, Harvesting, and Logging, and it moves on to both the Timber and Paper industries. It then takes timber through to building, fine furniture and wood chopping, and shows paper through to recycling.

Contributions to the display have come from various organisations involved in the industry, and the team at the Pandemonium have ensured that the overall display has a unified appearance.

The featured activities for this event are:
•	A papermaking laboratory where visitors will be able to make sheets of paper to take home
•	2 large elevated sand pits where they can either clear the landscape ready for planting, or harvest the grown trees and put them onto logs ready to be transported
•	A woodworking bench for making palettes from pop sticks, or for using sandpaper on wooden blocks
•	An area dedicated to the art of Origami
